19 January 2010	Company director, Ag. Binting bin Pg. Mat Salleh was charged in the Kota Kinabalu Sessions Court under the Anti-Money Laudering and Anti-Terrorism Financing Act 2001 (AMLATFA).	The Judge allowed for a joint trial of the BAFIA & AMLATFA charges. The next hearing date was set on 1 March 2010 for mention.
27 May 2009	Company and two of its directors were charged in the Kota Kinabalu Sessions Court under the Banking & Financial Institution Act 1989 (BAFIA).	Both of the directors will be tried on 19 to 21 January 2010.
13 January 2009	The company was raided on suspicion of conducting illegal deposit taking and money laundering activities.	Ongoing Investigation
